I interpreted and graphically represented emissions data and responses from participant cities and translated the results into the final emissions reports, as part of the CDP work in collaboration with C40.
Net Zero Roadmap
Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, NY and NY
I was the Project Manager and Technical Lead. I developed the implementation plan for the Port Authority’s ambitious and industry leading climate action and net zero plan. The initiative focused on developing specific recommendations that integrate sustainability and Scope 1, 2, and 3 emission reductions across the agency’s operations, procedures, and capital budgeting process. The initiative supports the agency’s mission to keep the region moving by air, land, rail, and sea, so that the New York metropolitan region will continue to thrive.
I was the Project Manager and Funding and Financing Technical Lead. We developed an inventory of municipal buildings and fleets to identify equipment and systems to be converted to electrified alternatives. The study highlighted where upgrades may be required to support electrification. As part of the study, I identified funding and financing opportunities to support implementation pathways and to supplement County budgets.
